A. For your convenience, our company accepts Visa, MasterCard. You may also mail your payment in to our company by your invoice date.



Q. Does your company offer any other service besides cleaning?

A.Yes,  J&E Associates provides assistance with construction clean up, pest control, pressure washing, window washing, and carpet and floor care. 


Q. Who will be doing the cleaning in our facilities?

A. Our highly training staff will be working in your facility under the supervision of our management team. Each facility is inspected after cleaning to ensure everything is done properly and up to part



Q. What is your company’s protocol for anything broken or damaged while
cleaning?

A. If investigation reveals that J&E is liable., J&E Associates claims responsibility for and items broken or damaged, and all items will be repair or replace.


Q. How soon can you start?

A. As soon as contract is signed. .

Q. Will my facility be cleaning by the same people?

A.  A group or individual staff members will be assigned to a facility to ensure the highest quality service possible.


Q. What is your company’s protocol for holidays?

A. Holiday and needs of company are negogiated during contract preparation.
